Frank’s passion is the motor industry and the growing number of Fordham’s motor dealer clients has provided the ideal environment for Frank to develop a deep understanding of the workings of a dealership … probably one of the toughest environments in which to make a profit. Naturally, all of Frank’s clients do very well.
Together with his team, Frank has developed a range of unique products to help clients run their businesses more tightly. Many of these developments have been spread throughout the firm to become standard operating tools for other Partners and their people. These tools include the Dealership Diagnostic and the Profit Improvement Program.
Frank’s skills include significant exposure to valuations, mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale of businesses and in leading negotiations. He is well practiced in strategic planning in areas such as succession, management and business structuring. He runs regular monthly meetings with several of his major clients and facilitates profit improvement meetings for one of Australia’s leading automotive distributors.
