David joined the motor dealer advisory group when they serviced only a couple of clients. Over time, and in conjunction with his fellow Partners, David extended the service to their expanding motor dealer client base to include integrated advice on all aspects of management, operations and control, as well as strategy, risk, taxation and succession.
David has significant experience in buying and selling businesses, valuations, benchmarking, business analysis, systems improvement, finance proposals, GST and business and taxation structuring. It is this specialist understanding that makes David a much sought after practitioner, and an integral external consultant to several Management Boards.
