We recognise that training and development are fundamental to the progress of each individual’s career.
We have programs tailored to each individual staff member and complete support for those staff undertaking the CA Program.
Centres of excellence
Are you interested in tax? Does economics light your fire? What about the motor industry? Our discussion groups and centres of excellence provide the perfect opportunity for you to get involved. They are specialised knowledge forums where we flesh out issues and create solutions in the best interests of our clients. Various groups meet regularly to discuss issues in respect of taxation planning, retirement, mergers and acquisitions, economic cycles, wealth creation, investment management, asset protection, profit improvement, estate planning and financing. CA Program support
We appreciate that completing the CA Program while working full time is a challenge. The firm’s enviable pass rate is testament to the fact that our staff are high achievers.
Perhaps some of this success can be attributed to the range of support that we provide:
- Payment of your ICAA enrolment fee for each module
- ayment for support material for each module
- Paid study leave for each module of the CA Program
- In house workshops run by leaders from within the firm
- Mock exams
- Our commitment to CA is legendary amongst all CA firms. We deliver!
At your induction on day one, you will meet your Buddy. Their role is to ease the transition into your new working environment and provide a network from which to integrate into the firm. It might be as simple as how to make a great latte … they will be your first port of call.
Whether it be on a firm wide or individual team basis, we provide a comprehensive technical training program to cater for staff at all levels within the organisation. We have regular taxation updates for the firm, with special topics presented by industry experts. Technical sessions are also run on a team level, with a variety of presenters required to research and deliver to their team.
Mentoring programs operate within the firm, allowing you the opportunity to further develop yourself and talk through professional, personal or any other issues that may arise with a more senior person. Staff are encouraged to maximise the time spent with their mentor in order to realise their full potential.
